Affordable Reception Sites w/ my own catering

I am anticiapting a wedding in April 2009. I am finding a difficault time finding a reception site that allows me to bring my own catering/alchol. I want a unique site, any help?

The fountain Square Theatre has a building sort of in the downtown area...I contacted the Fountain Square Thearte to find out about it.
