Do not use Silver Lotus Photography!

Just wanted to give any prospective brides on this site some info about Silver Lotus or Joseph Brewster photography. My SIL used them for her wedding in the Spring of 2006 and she still hasn't received her pictures!! She thinks she may have to sue them because he won't give her anything. They also have other reports on the BBB for bad business practices. Just a suggestion, check them out before you use them.

I am sorry to hear about all your problems; however there are always two sides to a story. I had my wedding on June 6th, 2008 and Joe was there to personally take pictures. He did an amazing job!! Showed up on time and took almost 1,000 amazing pictures. I paid for the rights to my pictures so he put them on a DVD and gave them to me within a reasonable peroid of time. Not sure what your problems were but Joe did a great job at my wedding.

HORRENDOUS customer service. I've been trying for months to get a hold of the owner and he will not respond to emails or voicemails. I have left about 23 messages since it's been a year since my wedding and haven't received my album. Or been able to order my pictures. I can see now why we pay the whole fee up front....

HORRENDOUS customer service. I've been trying for months to get a hold of the owner and he will not respond to emails or voicemails. I have left about 23 messages since it's been a year since my wedding and haven't received my album. Or been able to order my pictures. I can see now why we pay the whole fee up front....

My clients have been married one year TODAY and still no pictures or albums. I did find out that he's having a open house on 06/24/08 at 6:30 p.m. at 11650 Latern Rd. (Fishers Office Suites) You all should show up!

Make me the third one to agree! We're still having problems getting our pictures and album and our wedding was nearly a year ago. We can't get them to return our calls or emails. They also failed to show up at our rehearsal without calling or anything! It made what should have been a wonderful evening, a chaotic and stressful one! They didn't treat us with any type of respect!

TOTALLY AGREE! My sister hired them to do her wedding over a year ago and it was a horrible disaster. They showed up 1.5 hours late after previously taking payment in full. To date, she has still not received the wedding album she ordered a year ago, even after paying for it in full!!!
