The Mansion at Oak Hill, known for creating events to remember, reflects the charm of nineteenth century southern homes. Its graceful beauty offers the perfect setting for wedding receptions. The original mansion was moved in 1990 to its present location where it underwent remodeling and a major additional before reopening in April of 1992. It features a variety of rooms, capable of hosting anything from intimate private dinner parties to larger events serving up to 500.
Ideally suited for weddings, the Grand Ballroom can seat up to 450 guests, or it can be divided into two rooms to accommodate smaller parties of up to 225.
Bars, dance floors and entertainment staging are all built into the banquet rooms which are elegantly decorated and feature large cathedral windows for spectacular views of the beautiful, wooded countryside. A balcony strung with lights surrounds these rooms, allowing guest to socialize outdoors.
The Outdoor Tent Pavilion, with a deck floor, white wooden chairs, soft outdoor lighting and stuffing flower baskets, provides a gorgeous setting for up to 200 guests. This facility is the perfect place for a nature lover’s wedding reception where guests can enjoy the gentle breezes and incredible views.
Conveniently located 5 minutes from I-465 at the corner of 116th and Hazel Dell Parkway just north of Indianapolis, we have ample free parking and are near overnight accommodations.
